F2CRM provides a simple call scripts management facility that will enable you to create call scripts relevant to a particular call motivation.

Call scripts may then be presented once a motivation has been selected and the call is underway.  In our experience call scripts are really only relevant for new staff who may need them initially, however their need to refer to them declines steadily as their confidence grows.
