Each contact has a summary page, which provides an overview of information that has been stored about that contact.

This includes information stored within the contacts user-defined fields that you may have configured as well as any recent notes recorded, a recent call log and any referrals made for this contact or received for this contact from someone else. Depending on the administrative user's permission level, the contact summary page can be edited, as can the user-defined fields and other information areas displayed.
