F2CRM's directory managment function enables administrative users to specify what directories are available within multiple Joomla!-managed website/s (running the F2CRM Joomla! Directory Client component for front-end presentation) to publish listing information into. I.e. The F2CRM Joomla! Directory Server (Single or Multi-site) provides a management facility for contacts to manage their listing on one or more Joomla!-based websites, either centrally via the F2CRM administrative back-end itself or via F2CRM's SignUp module within each individual website, with the potential to have different information displaying relevant to the particular site/s they choose. Administrative users may specify which F2CRM standard and user-defined fields may be presented in each case, as well as any particular user-defined forms (to be filled out by the listing organisation) for the presentation of additional information within each directory and/or forms for the collection of data from recipients viewing their listing information. Approval mechanisms are provided via F2CRM’s Triggered Events module so that data and forms submitted for inclusion within a listing can be verified and approved prior to going live on the selected site/s.
