Multiple Directory Listing Profiles
The F2CRM user-type management facility allows administrative users to create custom user types to which specific user-defined fields and forms may be assigned.  F2CRM’s forms management facility allows the creation of web forms of different types, as they may or may not relate to directory management. For example, presentation-type forms are provided to the listing organisation/s so that they may be filled in with unique information relating to available services and so that this information may be displayed on their listing profile, whereas data collection forms may be presented within a listing profile for the collection of data from people visiting and viewing their listing and potentially initiating contact.  F2CRM will allow for the optional selection of multiple display and/or data collection forms in each directory instance.
