F2CRM's documents library feature allows the storage of any file type against a contact's record, whether of type 'organisation', 'individual' or custom, user-defined type. The F2CRM documents library allows the storage of documents/files in user-defined categories and sub-categories, and allows storage of documents relevant to particular user types and group permissions. The F2CRM documents library also integrates with the F2CRM SignUp front-end 'bridge' component for the Joomla! CMS, allowing stored documents to be optionally viewed via the contact's memership login, with expiry dates also capable of being set to activate/inactivate the documents visibility, if required.
